After a user has gone through the process to create their account, you have a few options to invite them to your team. For instructions on finding these options see the HOW TO FIND TEAM ID article.
MANUALLY SENDING TEAM ID
The first and most manual method is to simply copy your team ID and give it to your users. The users can then use the key a Request to join a team. For instructions on how to do join using a code see HOW TO JOIN A TEAM.
SENDING AN INVITE LINK
You can also create a link which will automatically launch Semaphor and send a join request to your team by using the ‘Copy Invite Link to clipboard…’ button. You can then paste the link in an e-mail to your user which they can simply select to automatically request to join your team.
SHARE INVITE LINK VIA E-MAIL
This option will automatically attempt to launch an e-mail application and pre-generate a message which includes the information needed for a user to get started using Semaphor. If this option does not work for your e-mail client, we recommend simply sending the Team ID to your user.
