We are currently planning to end support for the Encryptr password manager application on March 4th, this means if you are using Encryptr to backup your passwords you will want to migrate off of the application before then. To facilitate that we've released a new version of Encryptr that has an export feature. You can download that latest version from here. If you encounter any issues with Encryptr that you cannot find an article on in this help center please feel free to write up for support assistance at support@spideroak.com.
We also have two services we recommend moving to, BitWarden and 1Password. Both should have importers that will read the .csv file created by Encryptr. If you have any issues with these password managers, we recommend contacting their respective support teams for assistance.
