Due to high numbers of reports from our users that the mobile application for SpiderOak One Backup was not behaving properly. This, along with the fact the current app stores do not allow us the proper controls to quickly push security updates for the application we made the decision to remove the mobile application for One from the app stores. Until we are confident we can deliver a quality service in the mobile application we recommend users instead use the web application. The web application has all the same features as the mobile application, and can also be accessed via your smartphone internet browser. Make sure you are viewing the 'Desktop version' of the website when you access it by logging in at www.spideroak.com/one.
