You can edit your payment information at any time. To do so, select Manage Billing under the Manage tab.
The minimum plan size is 10 users; once you have gone over that, SpiderOak will automatically adjust your price based on whether you have added or deleted users that day. Administrators will receive an email at 5pm CST reflecting any changes in Plan Size that have occurred that day.
You may also edit your payment information and frequency under Manage Billing. Groups administrators can choose to pay yearly or monthly. Any promotional codes can be entered in the text box provided at the bottom. Select Update to apply the code. Once you have made your desired changes, select Next to be taken to the payment page. After entering your billing details, select Next to be taken to the Summary page where you can review your order.
