We accept credit and debit cards for payment for SpiderOak One accounts. At the time of purchase or upgrade, you will be asked to provide a credit or debit card. That card will be automatically billed during subsequent renewals of your plan unless you cancel the service.
If you wish to not share your personal billing information with us, our system is set up to accept pre-paid debit cards, which do not provide us with your personal information.
We are unable to accept PayPal, cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, ACH or wire transfers, or purchase orders as payment for the consumer-oriented SpiderOak One. Our business-oriented backup products SpiderOak Groups and Enterprise can accept additional payment methods from organizations on a case-by case basis; contact us at sales@spideroak-inc.com to explore this alternative.
