There are two ways you can access your billing and account information. You can either use the ONE desktop application to log in to your web account without credentials, or log in using your account's credentials at the SpiderOak website.
We recommend that you log in to your billing and account information through the ONE desktop application. To do that, select the account button in the lower right hand corner of the ONE desktop application window. This will open a sub-window showing several choices. Selecting the 'Edit' link next to the 'Credit Card / Billing Information' link will cause ONE to launch a new web browser window which will take you directly to your billing and account information page.
Should you be unable to access your local desktop application to log in, you can also do so at our website. Navigate to the site, select 'Backup login' in the top right corner of the browser window, then enter your e-mail address which was used when you created your account and the password as well. Make sure to select that you agree to 'I understand that ...' checkbox. Select 'Log in' to submit your credentials and access your web application. To navigate to your billing select the 'account' tab along the top of your browser window.
