SpiderOak reserves the right to use quality-of-service controls on uploads to ensure that available upload bandwidth is allocated fairly among all customers. Quality-of-service controls are implemented dynamically and so a hard and fast rule cannot be given, but in general users who have less than 10 TB stored and are not uploading individual files larger than 10 GB each are unlikely to encounter such controls.
Regarding downloads, SpiderOak imposes no bandwidth limits when accessing your data. You can access and share as much of your data as you wish. That doesn't mean that there aren't bottlenecks outside of our control, but we impose none.
