To confirm what files and folders have been backed up to your account, check the Manage tab in the SpiderOak ONE or Groups application on any of your computers. The Manage tab shows you in real time exactly what you have backed up to your account. If you see it here, then it is safely backed up.
If you have recently added a lot of files, there may be files in the queue waiting their turn to be backed up. To see what is in the queue, open the Dashboard, then press the Activity sub-tab button.
