To fix this you will need to complete remove SpiderOakONE from your device.
Quit SpiderOak One. Don't just minimize the application, shut it down completely by clicking on the icon in the menu bar, then selecting Quit. Open a Finder window, then click on the Go menu at the top of the screen. While the Go menu is showing, hold down the ALT (or OPTION) key. When ALT is held down the Library folder will become visible. Click on Library, then click into the Application Support folder. There will be a folder here named "SpiderOak" or "SpiderOakONE"; delete it. Then uninstall the application by, Locating SpiderOakONE in the Finder. Most apps are in your Applications folder, which you can open by clicking Applications in the sidebar of any Finder window. Then drag SpiderOakONE to the Trash, or select the app and choose File > Move to Trash. Finally empty Trash.
Once SpiderOakONE is completely removed from your device. You can Create it as a "New" device. At launch you may receive this message "SpiderOakOne needs to be updated. This app will not work with future versions of macOS and needs to be updated to improve compatibility. Contact the developer for more information." However, SpiderOakONE will function as it should.
