Access to the Account Window is found at the bottom right corner of the ONE desktop application. From within the Account window, there are many options related to miscellaneous account and billing properties.
From within the Account sub-window you can:
Change your Password
Select the 'Edit' button in this field to change your password and/or add a hint. Keep in mind password changes are pushed to your account much in the same way uploads are. if you are having trouble changing your password you may need to Clear Your Upload Queue and attempt again.
Change your ShareID
Select the 'Edit' button in this field to change your ShareID.
Change your e-mail address or Credit Card / Billing Information
Select the 'Edit' button in either field to have ONE automatically open a web browser window. This will also bypass the normal method of logging in using a username and password. From within this page you can change your e-mail address of record, change your account subscription plan, and update your billing information.
